Q. Is the Molemate USB License dongle that I have used on my older XP computer compatible on my new Windows 7/8 64 bit operating system?A. No, your XP license key is coded to only work on the 32 bit Operating system, you will need to purchase an upgraded license key to use Molemate on your new windows 8 hardware. The new license keys come programmed for either 1, 2 or 3 years.Q. Can I migrate my patient data across from Dermetrics to Simsys?
A. There probably is a way but we have not created any migration tools to do the job yet.Q. Can I migrate my patient data across from Moleview to Simsys?

Q. I am trying to calibrate my Siascope but can’t find my calibration data.
A. We have 99% of all the calibration data available and can send it to you on CD or via drop box.
Hardware
Q. I have Beau Visage, and my License key is broken, can I get a new one?A. Yes, we can provide you with a new License key for Beau Visage.
Q. I’ve dropped my Siascope and now it does not work or it displays the images incorrectly, what can I do?
A. We can either repair or replace the Siascope depending on how badly damaged it is, for this to happen the Siascope will need to be sent to us for evaluation and a diagnosis carried out.Q. I am having a problem connecting my Siascope handset to my new windows 7/8 laptop.
A. You could be getting this error for 2 reasons.1. You have gone from using a Windows XP system and the firmware on your Siascope is locked to XP, we can unlock this for you.2. Your License key is one that will only work on a 32 bit operating system like XP or Vista. This key will need to be upgraded to work with the new 64 bit Operating systems.
